I’ve read quite a few studies on cbd and epilepsy. Most revolve around Epidiolex and the dosage they list is between 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg twice a day. I weigh about 170 pounds so that’s about 77kg. So, it would be 770mg of cbd twice a day at the 10mg/kg value. But those studies arent for temporal lobe epilepsy

Currently I’m using 5mg/kg per day with 10mg of Clobazam , it’s only been a few weeks, but so far things are good. I needed to go with straight cbd because even at 20:1 ratio, of cbd to thc, that much thc was getting me too high to function normally. I found a vendor selling 220mg/1ml of cbd so one dropper twice a day gets me my 5mg/kg. But I was curious on who else might be using cbd and how much they use

It didn’t pass my reg. Insurance so I tried chews at night. It helped for a few years.

I would like info. I did have a half hit of mj today and feel pretty good. Last night a had a full hit and I was a little high. My seizures started about the time I pretty much stopped. I smoked from my early teens and I’m 64 now. The neurologist in the hospital told me that it can treat it. She said it was the highs and lows they had a problem with. My neurologist that I have said it was OK to use but try to keep it CBD. I don’t have any of that and I think the THC gets my head right. There drugs so strange things. I will continue theirs as my daughter says I come around much faster with them. I would lose a week in memory and just do things.I had one Saturday night I believe and it’s Thursday am I’m just starting to feel like doing something. I think the cannabis is good.
