Do something amusing, watch old reruns of Seinfeld, if You have any old movies 🎥 that are comedy’s. Something like City Slickers, etc. If You have a dog take it out for a walk everyday for some exercise. If your dog likes to play then play with it. Keep yourself out of a stressful situations. Keep yourself busy doing amusing things, do things that make You happy
