Do something amusing, watch old reruns of Seinfeld, if You have any old movies 🎥 that are comedy’s. Something like City Slickers, etc. If You have a dog take it out for a walk everyday for some exercise. If your dog likes to play then play with it. Keep yourself out of a stressful situations. Keep yourself busy doing amusing things, do things that make You happy

I also have 5 plants of mind which is good for me since wife passed cancer as it helps me as I see them and it helps my mind instead of being doen as much so there worth having

Try not to overburden yourself with distractions if I had 4 things I had to do every day I would go crazy that alone is stressful go out do anything. At any time the day will fly by

Breath work is helping me. You know about the controlling the breath in mindfulness? Well, I am finding that practicing breath work exercises like the 4 X 4 breathing (in for 4, hold x 4, out x 4, hold x 4, repeat) to even out the oxygen concentration in the brain can help.
