Anyone In There Early 60's Still Working Full Time, Do You Find It Takes Twice The Energy It Used To?

I am 62 yr old female. Lots of water, eat fairly healthy, Tylenol or advil, magnesuim. Lots say B12...Haven't tried that. Walk and watch sunrise or sunset. I mow, painted house, loaded a dumpster with spring cleaning etc. Have a purpose and find positive. Not easy these days but it's there. Stubborn works too.😁

Im 47 and everydays a struggle so i get you, i can see my working future a real concern, is there anything else you could do that could ease your pain ?
