What Is The Best Mutil Vitamin For An Epileptic To Take With A Seizure Medication Like Phenobarbital?

I take B-1 and folic acid, but that is for a specific kind of epilepsy (Wernecke’s Encephalopathy) so I’m not sure that’s overly helpful for you.
I also take Niacin (B-3) on top of a regular multi-vitamin because it increases cognitive function, which I’ve found decreased when I got epilepsy. Makes sense, dealing with the brain as it is!
If you are taking Dilantin as one of your epilepsy meds, DEFINITELY take extra Vitamin D and Iron, because it zaps the heck out of your system! I wish Dilantin didn’t work so well for me… it does crazy things to your body! 😂
