Melatonin doesn't help with nocturnal seizures. It can disrupt the function of your seizure medications causing more seizures as it did for me.

It never worked for me! Only Ambion/ Zolpadin

I tried but it made my seizures worse and I elbowed my girlfriend in the face while seizing in my sleep unfortunately. Even if it is a natural substance it isn’t good for seizures because it directly affects the brain.

Douglas I realized my 6:30 am seizures were consistent so based on research I wasn't getting to that realm of sleep I needed
