I usually feel my seizures coming but I have not felt none of these coming I was standing up last night helping my husband and had one luckily he was right there or I would have fell. And if it wasn't for my dog I wouldn't have known to lay down for any of the others I don't know it's caused the uprise in my seizures or for me not to be able to feel these ones any advice on what's going on on what's going on or why so many? Is it normal to have spurts like this?
I have mine in clusters sometimes. Nayzilam and Volcort are 2 great rescue nasal sprays that help stop cluster seizures that ur doc can prescribe for you so when this happens you can just spray it up your nose and it will stop your cluster seizures immediately to prevent further damage.
I just came out of my recovery period, after 2 nights and one day of seizures. I know not too many comment this. But IMO, due to the grand majority of the time when mine strike, the moon is tiny fingernail/horn shape, as it'sbeen lately. So I believe that part of nature helps provoke mine in, on top of the stresses of life.
Also, as an adult with epilepsy, I've found it just gets worse incrementally every 6 10 years out of nowhere.
Sorry Jackie, that's tough. A lot can contribute to a lowered seizure threshold, and if it's really low seizures will sneak up on you. First off, more than anything, having a seizure WILL increase your likelihood of having more, and that's where it becomes life threatening. If you have any more, go to the ER. You need heavier drugs and observation.
Otherwise, consider dehydration (I love Pedialyte+lots of water), blood sugar levels, stress levels, other illnesses, then the basics...sufficient sleep, alcohol/substance consumption (even herbal or vitamin supplements), and taking your meds.
Good luck and LMK if I can give any more info.
Normally they are not like this.normally I feel them coming but these I don't and I've never had so many in two days before is this normal?
