I remember it used to happen all the time when I was in elementary school but it never really meant it led to anything. Does this happen to anyone else? Just random shaking? I have petite mal seizures

Sometimes people may get the shakes if you didn’t eat or have any protein.

It could be side effects from medication you are taking. I have had tremors for a long time.

It happens to me sometimes. really bad like shivering. I find that (if) I can relax my body I can make it subside but when it comes on my body wants to tense up.

I am 67 years old and occasionally I will start to shake like I am cold. I have been seizure-free for 35 years since I had surgery on the left temporal lobe.
