I just kinda get up and keep going. Most ppl including my Neuro describe me as very resilient. You can try to educate other ppl but if they don't want to learn, understand, or have any empathy for your situation that's on them. I say oh well.. I can't help what I can't change especially when it comes to other peoples ignorance, so i just have to keep living my life and being STRONG!!💪💜

I have a friend like that I call him Jesus I'm not being a jerk or acting like a religious nut because I'm really not. But I'm often alone and I talk to him tons

I've learned over 70 years to just sit things out. Most of the time I'm a fairly tolerant person but every once in a blue moon, I'll snap, loose the plot or get violent. For me, that's about 5 times in my life and it's mainly because people don't understand what you're going through. Otherwise I'll just get angry and express my frustration with someone or I'll have a cry and I also pray.
I also have a good friend I can talk to who I know, keeps things confidential.

You keep your chin up, enjoy the things you like and live to have no regrets. We live on this blue ball in the middle of the universe. Everything is vulnerable. Some just don't get it yet.😉
