I have had that conversation. It's definitely a tough one. I already have Celiac disease and have given up a lot of other things I enjoy. I enjoy my coffee and NEED the caffeine. However, I have made modifications like getting halfcaf coffee. Small steps count!

I have been told that too, so I’m trying to mix decaf in with regular. I hope that it helps me cut back, and not just wind up drinking more coffee!
