JedCarey, don’t start robbing people. In this day and age would
not be good. Question even if medication prevent’s you from having a seizure you still need
to wait another eight and a half
year’s that suck’s! I do know a few
guy’s i used to drink with, they where
truck driver’s who knew how much
they where able to drink. Because
they had a CDL. Jed look for another job of any kind to make end’s meet until you’re able to get
behind the wheel again; don’t rob
anyone you might end up getting

David I wouldn't rob anyone. ever. but brother it is so frustrating. im getting older not bolder. The jobs that are out there just dont pay enough. but idk dot out here says 2y seizure free if u stay local. I've meet that mark. point being the inconsistence with the laws and understanding of epilepsy in general. Its not the same for all. like for me i had 3 or 4 episodes hats it. So i got the brand. I was in a motorcycle accident. where someone hit me and left me there. Hit my head broke my lrg and pretty sure another car drove over my hand. Lss ive been good after the meds. just need my docs approval. But you put that on a application its a no go. even with a dot psychical card. Again just frustrating.

Damn, I can relate so much. Prayers to you and your loved ones. Your best bet is probably getting a city, county or state job and since it doesn't involve driving, don't put it down o your application because it is not relevant. As long as you aren't endangering yourself or others, leave it out.

Ya I've done the EEGs. Taking my meds but door dash? I got kids and an mortgage. I don't think I can cover those bills. Doing armed security atm. Can have a gun but not drive truck. Just frustrating. I do apricate your advise though. I read my first post. I'm not living in tent. I have a house kids and a wife that all work. Just I feel fine and trucking is what i do.
