🤨 I had one on my watch band it opened up with three 1cm by 2.5 with Dr's and friends contact number, I heard of a term ICE In Case of Emergency. I have that on a old Visa card put in my wallet printed my medications and dosage, my Dr. and a couple friends cell numbers taped around a few times to hold on that if admitted to hospital they no where and what happened and if no injury and when came out they phoned to pick me up.

Sorry, with MyId you download an app to your phone which connected with the QR code that the medics would scan to pull up all of your information. If you can't download the app, you can also do this online. Then you can edit that information whenever you need. I've had to change my meds and add new chronic illnesses several times. Lol

Peggyshore the watch band cost $35 , maybe less. I got it for free from one of those step counters. There is no monthly fee.
