Please advise him to becareful. I know what he is going through but AEDs like most drugs that have been taken for a long time can bring ramifications if you don’t stop them gradually.

Neurologist advice in general is best, but if his already decided his coming off that medication hopefully he may now do so slowly.

If he has already decided his coming off medication no matter what, please state that fellow Epilepsy sufferers suggest to do this gradually and wish him well.

Smoking cannabis is what I use as an alternative. Since I’ve started using the cannabis I haven’t had one seizure
