For as long as i can remember i have had dreams about having siezures. I wake up and my head hurts and im tired all day as if i actually had a siezure. Am i siezing in my sleep or is it just a dream?
Explain situation when you see your specialist as it could very likely be nocturnal seizures. My daughter is going to have a 24 x7 testing with a special set up to see if this is what is causing her problem. Only taken 38 years for anyone to suggest this after asking time and again. Persistence will prevail in the end
Could be a seizure or could be a anxiety problem but I would tell your neurologist to figure it out both can cause symptoms very similar expecully when you have anxiety about seizures
Hi Trisha
In my personal experience, after my 1st grand mal, in 2011 at my parents house, I came home from the Hospital and went and slept in my mothers bed and literally slept 14 hours straight because, I had gotten up very early to watch the Royal Wedding with my Mom at 3am and went to work and felt poorly throughout my workday and went home and worked on the computer for a few hours, and then had that βauraβ severe onset fatigue on nausea and laid down and woke up with my Dad screaming and slapping my face and a lot of medics and firefighters loading me up on the ambulance, I did have childhood Epilepsy. My biggest fear is what or if I have had one during my sleep and I need to know if anyone knows how to go about getting a medical dog?? I hope this helps you some and more people share their experiences so I know more as well!! I hope this helps a little! Have a great weekend
