Lack of sleep is a Trigger, so I go to sleep after 9 AM.

Just move them one hour so you take your last one one hour later

They probably spoke to the Neurologist, but they did not listen to me. I was grumpy and unhappy. I told the siblings and the person giving the tour I was perfectly capable. Jill, another sister said I will be 80, and might need help then.

I will not be able to move for quite a while. The room for furniture is very small. I will have to dispose of or put everything in Storage. Bureaus will need replacing I will no longer be able to fit an Easy Chair. I doubt a computer desk could fit. They will put my TV someplace.

Does the head of staff at this facility know about what your sleep and medical schedule was before you moved there?
