Does Anyone Know How To Find Out What Might Have Triggered A Seizure Who Had. If You Only Had One In Over 40+ Years?
The only thing that I haven't had to deal with until maybe mid 2000's I found out I have type 2 diabetes. That and the medication made me get dehydrated quite often. I have always had dealt with stress and Sleep deprived because I was hyperactive and insomnia. So I don't think that did it. But aa the years went by and added medication for diabetes I became more prone to dehydration. I couldn't drink enough water to stay hydrated. Yes I hadn't had one since I was 3 years old and now I am 60. You never know. The main worry if you get off meds is things like driving.
So far I can drive if I want to even on a medication. I just don't have a car lol. So it's public transit for me and my husband.

Mine are stress induced or a childhood trauma (I can’t figure out what that could be. Even my parents can’t figure this out), so I’m guessing that could be a stress induced seizures.
