It’s uncanny but my birth year and experience is exactly like KaiaB. Born in 1982. Periods the main seizure for my nocturnal seizures, just worried about what menopause will do when it comes to that time.

Since 1982; coinciding with onset of menstruation. Took me YEARS to figure out, on my own, that ovulation is one of my main triggers. So, anticipating menopause but also triggered by atmospheric conditions and stress, so who knows πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I was born with it due to lack of oxygen I had my first one at 8 months.

I was born with epilepsy and I believe my first sezuire was when I was 2 per my mom and at 51 now primarily nocturnal there's no stopping in the near future.
