I use slow-breathing and self-calming techniques. Once I have one, then I think to myself, "Calm down, slow down your heart rate, don't get over irritated and just stay calm". In other words, meditation. If you do this for 30 minutes every day, then the number of your seizures will go down. Stay away from things that over-stimulate you. Don't allow yourself to get overly angry or excitedly happy. If you remain calm, then you will maintain that focus.
