When I was a kid there were lots of mornings I would wake up about 4 or 5 and not be able to fall back asleep. However, it didn’t happen every morning so it wasn’t my meds. We started keeping track of the days I woke up early and found out that it was every morning following a day that I had a seizure. It got to where that if I woke up early I would ask my mom “I had a seizure yesterday didn’t I? The answer would always be yes.
