How Do You Feel Days After Seizures?
Some people feel better after an hour or two, it takes me several days to feel 'back to normal' I feel so depressed, anxious, shaky and sweaty 😢
I was told to meditate and see a psychiatrist. This is what I am trying to schedule now.

How Do You Get Help For Seizures And After Effects? Days Weeks Later Doctors Have Not Been Helpful.
