Some people feel better after an hour or two, it takes me several days to feel 'back to normal' I feel so depressed, anxious, shaky and sweaty π’
Probably the biggest reason I can be positive is because I was diagnosed with epilepsy at 70 years old and the drug I'm taking seems to be preventing the seizures for me.
If I were younger I know I'd struggle more both emotionally and physically. If the seizures were controlled and I had good support from loved ones I would be hopeful. Support is HUGE for maintaining a positive attitude.
Do you have people who you can rely on Kat?
Mine has humor and happiness. Also, the words you see near the back of the chair are "June,July,August ", in French. I did the chair when I was still teaching and those are the no school/summer vacation months. π€βΊοΈ
