Will The Apple Watch Call 911 If I Seize? There's The Fall Detection But I Recover Slowly & I Can't Cancel Fast Enough

Sorry I've no idea but most probably does
I know they have 911 built in. My question is if I can deactivate it so I don't accidentally have an ambulance every time I have a seizure (which has been a few times a month lately...)
Have Any Of You Ever Tried The Watch That Detects A Seizure? If So? Is It Legit, Are There Any Red Flags?
