Monthly epileptic seizured?πŸ€”
Has anyone else had seizures that only happen once each month around the same time 30-45 days and at the same time if day between 4am and 6am? And when I say every month I mean for the last year.

I don't keep a seizure log... stressing about what I "think might happen". Instead I keep my seizure log and I only look back at the information when I go to see my neurologist. The information isn't for me anyway. It's for my Doctor.
The more info you can give them... them more information they can give you!
Yes... if you stress about a certain time you think you might have a seizure... you'd probably be more likely to have one.
The benefits though of having an idea when your seizures happen are, you can plan to have your appointments or family events the week before(or another time). It doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't do anything during the time you think you might have seizures...but maybe just be more cautious.

Yes every 28 day's due to hormone changes during periods or menopause, but due to the date I try and forget it and sometimes it has passed not thinking about it and I don't keep a seizure diary once it occurs I put it behind me and look forward, I know if you expect to have one it will happen by thinking about it, Take care.

With women it's called Catamenial epilepsy(the seizures cycle with your hormones... I don't know if there is a specific name/type of seizure for recurring episodes in men).
Some people believe seizures can cycle with moon phases.
Keep a log of when you have your seizures and what type(if you don't already). After awhile you'll be able to look back over your information and compare to other things(what you ate/ where you were/ weather/or whatever), and try to find a constant variable.
The more info you give your doctor the more info they can give you.
It seems tedious... but believe me... it's worth the effort!
I hope you figure out your constant variable.(for all you know your seizures only happen when you go to visit a certain person because they stress you out).πŸ€ͺ
The good thing about them happening at a recurring time... is you have an idea of when they'll happen!😊
Take Care.

Yeah I get a cycle it’s about 80 days now. 2 am. It was 40 & 1.30 am. So regular I’d wake up & go let me guess 1.31 am! Hope it gets better mate
