i just had surgery so I'm hoping i have no more and i only had 1 verified one since surgery (and 2 unverified ones) but before surgery i would have premenstrual ones. ones in my sleep, usually early morning (after midnight up to 8-9 am till i was full awake. or on days i knew i was going to be anxious/ stressed like interviews or starting a new job and meeting new people. if i knew i was going to be alone at the house say on a Wednesday, i could almost guarantee i was going to come close to or have a seizure. i hated being alone. sometimes I'd have auras one day and that meant a bad seizure cluster was around the corner either the next day or day after that. if i was especially doing something i knew was a trigger, even if i loved that thing like listening to music, id more than likely have a seizure.

Mine tend to happen between 6-8 in the morning and 3-5 in the afternoon. We have swapped times I take pills didnt help. Sometimes they will just come out of no where yesterday at 10 seizure. My stress level is my big seizure trigger the more I'm around people the more I have. I also get insomnia sometimes i wont have one that day it will be the next day after I sleep hard because i didnt sleep the night before. On the weekends when it's me and my wife alone doing small things around the house I dont seem to have them guess cause I'm calm. Now if we go to argue or fight here they come one day she will learn I'm always right lol. She has been months without seeing one due to that. She's at work during my seizure times. So kinda Monday's and Tuesday are common for my seizures. ( my wife worked first Sunday in a year I had a seizure think I get sad cause I'm alone and drag it out I didn't even tell her about it )

Its frustrating isn't when you're really not sure triggers your seizures.that's the way it is with me.I don't know what triggers the seizures.like today and yesterday there has been pretty much one continuous seizure both days.hope things get a bit more stable for you😁

I seem to have seizures on Thursdays of every week. I am not doing anything different on that day of the week that would cause them such as sleep deprivation, stress, physical activity; they just seem to occur out of the blue. I have drop seizures, absence seizures, myoclonic, and tonic clonic. I am sometimes aware when they are happening and other times unaware. I may have other seizures other days than Thursdays that I just don’t remember or other people don’t notice or don’t tell me.

I have seizures ranging from auras to tonic clonics. I have Catamenial epilepsy(seizures that cycle with your menstrual cycle).
My seizures usually happen when I first wake up or lay down to go to sleep(but they can happen anytime).
