@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, sounds like you are having the side effects of Lamotrigine. Here is a link about the drug, https://www.drugs.com/mtm/lamotrigine.html

A way to cut down on the nauseous is to take Lamotrigine with a meal. Because one of the side effects of the drug is nausea.

I was put on it a month ago. Tho it’s actually working with preventing my seizures it’s also causing some issues. I’ve noticed my appetite is bad, I get nauseous after a few bites no matter what it is.

I have taken lamotrigine for almost 20 years. But the uncontrollable shaking of my left arm and my head didn’t start being a problem up until the last 3-4 years, and yes it involves shaking of the arm and hand to the point I can’t hold a glass of water, and holding a fork, like if I want to hold food down on my plate to cut it, is damn near impossible. This has gotten worse over time, and can be affected by caffeine, drinking too much fluid, or stress… My doctor said the shaking often happens as you get older, and when I asked he said there are no medicines or treatments to resolve it (if you come across any, let me know).
