Does Anyone Who Has Seizures Use An Electronic Bike (e-bike) To Get Around Town/city?
I just checked where I live and a license is not required for an e-bike.
I would. I donβt have one but have been thinking about it. I have a Mountain Bike that I ride around on.
My uncle makes both Electric and Gas powered bikes. You provide the bike and he will install the kit. Price with labor is aprx $450 for the electric version. They can be in the rain. That's here in Nebraska though.
I live about 42 miles (and more so to travel legally because that is highway distance).
However, I am interested in the Electronic-Bike topic
1. How much does it cost to buy one?
2. What is the rental rate in Boston for using one?
3. Are those allowed on the T or is there a place at every T stop where you can pay for the use of that one and get another to continue (considering there are some streets in Boston that I wouldn't trust in an armored car nevermind on E-bike?
4. Are there any historic stops, stores or government buildings where there is not a park the E-bike?
Great topic! I hope you get more answers (though all depending about the seizures of the friend).
