I’ve bitten My tongue a long time ago but now it’s seems like I haven’t. The difference is My mouth is very dry. Back then, it wasn’t..🧐

Yes I can totally relate to this. Glad it isnt just me. It totally baffled me. Told my consultant about this. Straight away I was told its nocturnal seizures and was told not to drive for a year. I had literally only just got my license back after a year. Gutted.

I was in the hospital for a total of 10 days. I got to watch Red Bull Sports happening outside the hospital in the water one day!

Sorry that you to deal with that! Unfortunately, too many hospitals do not talk to the member of the other department the patient was passed on. to. How long was the recovery after you eventually out of that hospital and your neurologist had to start over with your anticonvulsants?

When I went into the hospital for Neurosurgery the first time, They put Me in GENERAL RECOVERY! not Neuro ICU because it was full. They didn’t reserve a place for Me. Thought I was doing great but the nurse in general recovery didn’t no much about Me and that I was an Epilepsy patient. She only gave Me pain medication, not Epilepsy Meds. Wound up with 4 Tonic Clonic seizures and bit Myself terribly. My Husband almost beat up the Neurosurgeon for putting Me there!
