Music is a must for me! Except it's loud and obnoxious 1980's heavy metal. I don't know why. The sound of electric guitars....

If You can get someone to understand about Epilepsy, to where it becomes like a conversation, it makes me happy and excited. But, that person or people have to take that first step at choosing or wanting to understand Epilepsy better.

Guitar Riffs seem to release all that extra energy in my brain. I listen to other kinds of music too, but it seems to be the experimental type. Besides metal today sounds like folk music.

Hi Ben. Over my years I’ve enjoyed all types of music. In the 80s high school I was a total metal head. Like a child that doesn’t like onions your palate changes with years, only to find onions are good when mixed with other foods. I still listen to metal, not as much. It’s all about my mood or what mood I want. TV is just “to hard to handle now”. Hm sounds familiar. I live in a condo, lots of people in small area. For the most part I can sit on my patio and listen nice and loud. The few who are grump’s may say something, in a nice tone I tell them I’m in therapy and will be done soon.
