Yes. Any seizures lasting 5 plus mins, and doesn’t give the brain to Recuperate . The brain can loose oxygen during long lasting seizures and can cause possible brain damage.

Status Epilepticus , can occur with convulsive and non-convulsive seizures. They can be very dangerous, because they can happen at anytime, during daytime , night time , and during sleep.

If you go to www.Epilepsy.com and search Status Epilepticus, it will explain it and there is also a video about it.

In my region, yes that is considered focal status epilepticus. But i understand some countries have different rules for what counts as status, which is super frustrating!

Noncomvulsive has to be better than tonic clonic seizures.
