@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member as far as I know if its an Oculus Quest VR headset said they can trigger seizures for people who have em so I try not to get on it.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member i have um too. called an aura seizure. it's a inside focal onset aware (aka simple partial) seizure. it is warning type of seizure. i call um spaceouts because i freeze (besides my mouth) and it looks likes i am dreaming (aka a 'space case'). i have a channel talking about this (links down below). the only thing (that i can think of) is to get a eeg test and record this unknown freezing thing. don't be afraid to ask for extra help. i have a local dr (for med refills), a dietitian (for the keto), alternative naturopath in chicago, a couple of gut guys in cleveland, and a boatload of neuros and epileptos from cleveland and chicago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JV88yyMO3o8&...
i am a hard core gamer (started when i was 4-5). i used to have seizures when i was a kid/teen but not anymore (had surgery). i do not have photosensitivity seizures... i just had seizures a lot per day when i was a wee one.
this might help
