My wife isn't an epileptic by I am. She is on Estroven for menopause due to having cancer and taking meds for it, and she used over the counter Estroven. And she is doing well !

Hi 👋 I'm Eve , I'm 52 and I've just been diagnosed with an x-ray with Osteoarthritis. I was always careful with bone density scans on Tegretol . I've developed toxicity in around 2016. I changed my meds to Keppra and didn't get on well with the Anxiety so changed again to Epilim and Lamotrigine. It was roughly 6 months into that that I developed joint pain. Suspected Catamenial Epilepsy And Taking Hormones??

Anyone of you hear that progesterone helps to decrease seizures... it is a hormone that is very high in the women's body when pregnant and I have no seizures when I'm pregnant...any one take hormones to decrease?? My neurologists will not help..

Also, what meds were you taking, I hear it can lower tegratol and lamictal levels which I take :(
