because my blood points are too high. i wouldnt be asking if there was a way not to dear with the meds
Hello everyone, I have a question about something annoying that is happening to me, I am not sure if it is epilepsy related and that's why I am asking if anyone dealt with the same thing. First of all my problem is hard to explain but I'll do my best to describe it. Hi guys,
I'm not on any medication at the moment for my tonic clonic and grand mal seizures.
I'm wanting to speak to my Dr about maybe starting Topomax.
Has anyone been on it? Any side effects? Does it help stop seizures?
Did you take topomax in conjunction with other seizure meds or on it's own?

I know everyone is different CBD. Oil didn't work for me ,but what have you got to lose ,give it a go
I am currently taking 1500 twice a day of Keppra and 150 of Vimpat twice a day. I have vision and fatigue as my two major side effects with Keppra and have talked with my doctor about switching medications. I would continue with the Vimpat, but switch my Keppra to either Lamictal or Briviact. I have done research on both, but would like to hear experiences people have had with both before I make any decisions.

This is my first time posting anything as I am a pretty private person but I was in search of answers and found these posts after putting divorce & Keppra into a google search. Does anyone else have an up & down type of depression? One day you’re good, another day you’re doing well but something small makes you emotional & cry all of the sudden, another day you're good but something annoying happens & you get angry fast, another day and you’re sitting with your kitty (or other pet) on your lap at 8pm & you just hold them, thanking them & saying you love them, because they’ve saved your life... going in an up & down wobbly circle.
As well as my epilepsy I also suffer from depression so I am on antidepressants as well as my anticonvulsants anyway.

Does anyone take antidepressants/anxiety medication along with their seizure medications and feel it interacts?Or is it just possibly side effects?

Yes increase and sometimes decrease in emotions. I have even gotten aggressive and begged for help because of it.
