What do you all think of wearing a medical bracelet or necklace? Sometimes I think it's going to label me or scare people away. Your thoughts please. Thanks in advance.

Do you wear a medical ID bracelet or necklace? I'm in search of one that's kind of discrete but not too discrete that has the medical alert sign on the front and I can put info on the back like condition, emergency contact etc. if you have one where did you get it?
just had a crazy thought if interested, they have small flash drives you can have on a chain, just put your name and disability and emergency contact as well..

I have epilepsy and sometimes I try to walk my dog by myself and people truly don't know what I have meaning epilepsy and then they call 911 when I go into a seizure and then don't know what's happening so that's why I wonder if anyone knows where to get a bracelet for free cause I don't have the funds to buy one. I do not wear one, but I do keep looking for one for myself to wear. however I keep backing out and do not want everyone to see what I have to suffer with and what illness I have etc to strangers.
I do struggle at accepting my epilepsy and I always will hide it from people.
Does it make you feel comfortable wearing one? for those that have one. is it worth getting one?
I now have a braclet.
I'm thinking about getting an ID bracelet. The ones I've seen just say epilepsy. Is that enough? What do other people have put on their bracelets? I'm not sure about putting my meds on it because I don't want to have to keep changing the bracelet if my meds change.
