I just recently heard of it. Im kinda between neurologists so id have to bring it up at the follow up if im interested. Im currently on 450mg trokendi, 250mg vimpat, 200mg Xcopri for epilepsy, and other things not related to my epilepsy.

I was diagnosed recently with MS and after a seizure last Monday (which I lost memory of two days) I was told I suffered an episode at hospital with Todd's paralysis along with a prolonged posticital period. Anyone else ever been told this?

I take Afinitor as well as Keppra and Tegretol for seizures. I have Epilepsy and Tuberous sclerosis and hypothyroidism
I find my seizures are getting worse and more frequently.

Your doctor would have diagnosed you, you'd have white spots on skin and fibrosis on the nails. The doctor would have shut all lights off and would of took a blue light to your skin to see if you have the spots.

Why Not Valium?

I have never misused any of my medicine and was on diazepam(valium) prescribed by my family doctor but was taken off by my neurologist. He said that if they needed to treat me in the emergency room that is what they would use. I understand that but I only used it if I felt like one was coming on so I don't see a big problem here. What happens when my heart gives out due to a grandmal seizure?

Valium was used alot at the Maudsley hospital's epilepsy unit in South East London, a few of my friends at Windsor House were on it, who had also depression. I never took it

Hi All
Has anyone been on Keppra and had Lamictal added? My son was fine up until last week he was at 75mg twice a day of lamictal and seemed to get a bit tired the second week after each dose increase but last week he was very tired and ended up missing school. He doesn’t seem to be getting any better his energy levels are so low. As of today he is at 100mg twice a day plus the usual 1500mg of Keppra twice a day. U r not going crazy it’s just yr tablets that make u feel like that and I am on tegretol and some other tablets to for my epeilepsy .
