To keep track of whether or not you took your meds , you may want to use a weekly pill organizer

if you had 19 you did not take your night time.
If you start with 60 and took one in the morning you would ave 59( an odd number) meaning you would have to take a night time pill to get back to an even number of 58.
The same would apply in reverse if you had 60 tablets and took your first at night, you would have to take one in the morning to get back to an even number. I find it easier to start the count in the morning, that way at the end of each day I am back to an even number.

I take a weekly med container. I take Monday through Sunday and refill on Saturday morning. You can do the pill bottle thing at your local drug store. You could do weekly and breakfast lunchand dinner if you get really crazy.

If you picked up your meds and started them in the morning you should have an odd number of pills after taking your morning dose and an even number after taking your night time one. I would guess that you haven’t taken it yet, but I don’t know when you started so it’s hard to say.
