Hey @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member and @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, and everyone, I’m sure you guys all have a cell phone like I do. I set alarms on my cell phone for taking my meds... For example my first alarm goes off a 7:30AM to take my morning dose of meds, then I have alarms set 7:00PM and 8:30PM for my evening meds. This makes it easier to remember when it’s time for me to take my meds

You must take your meds as prescribed. So, you must not miss a dose. Also, contact your neurologist about this ASAP!!!!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I agree about the side affects of Keppra. I don’t remember the dosage I was on but I was told it was increasing my seizures (Complex partial). I was staring off into space. I let my doc wean me off that...

I know Keppra causes depression. I got put on Vitamin B6 to help counteract that. It has helped some.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member let me add to my previous answer... I have Epilepsy and I was taking several medications in addition to Keppra. Like I said previously Keppra wasn’t right for me. A friend suggested I should see an Epileptologist, who is basically a neurologist who specializes in Epilepsy. This is why I changed from my original neurologist. The Epileptologist changed my medications.
