Brian, I stopped taking a whole series of vitamins when my husband had knee replacement surgery in mid-August. Now I'm thinking of going back to: Centrum, One-A-Day for Women Silver, Calcium Plus Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Iron. The Magnesium is supposed to be for epilepsy. Iron is for low White Blood Cell Count. The Calcium Plus Vitamin D is to treat the breast cancer that I had back in 2008. Wish me luck. Linda Concerned
