I like the Epilepsy Foundation Seizure Diary or journal, but past medications show up on the medications list, but do not show that I don't take them anymore. I want to provide a solid history of my medications for my upcoming consult. The medications list looks like I'm taking all of them. You only know I stopped the meds, if you click on the medication.
I also use the Apple Watch and software that connects to John Hopkins it also has a seizure tracker and sometimes tells me when I have had a seizure when I do not know!!!
The watch is great.. if I fall it can alert others or call 911 if I want it to. So more than just tracking my seizures and meds it ties into everything
Try the Epilepsy Foundation seizure diary APP
Hello skippyjan! I'm not sure if this will help but if you have an iPad or you may try the Internet to search for different types of seizure diaries that may help you. I searched for some on the application part of the iPad and there are several seizure diaries you can try. Hope you can find the right one for you.
To keep track when if you have a sz you can show your Dr
Make your own. Just buy a steno notebook to keep track of your seizure activity. And bring it with you to all of your appointments with your neurologist.
