I also use the Apple Watch and software that connects to John Hopkins it also has a seizure tracker and sometimes tells me when I have had a seizure when I do not know!!!
The watch is great.. if I fall it can alert others or call 911 if I want it to. So more than just tracking my seizures and meds it ties into everything

I searched for some on the application part of the iPad and there are several seizure diaries you can try. Hope you can find the right one for you.

Make your own. Just buy a steno notebook to keep track of your seizure activity. And bring it with you to all of your appointments with your neurologist.
