Toni Especially for any seizures in public. Can relax more without this worry for sure. Just let it pass know you'll be fine after too. Then be glad it did to help riled emotions settle down. Be happy to avoid any side issues like this or be embarrassed by it.

I like what Margery said! I get UtI’s so I am more open I wear paper panties. It’s expensive but when in public ! It’s great!

I have come to answer some solutions to my bed wetting problems I used to have in the past and still have here and there. That is of course unless I have a Seizure in my sleep because then there isn't a thing I can do about the problem. I also try and control my liquid intake within an hour before bed at minimum, and I also don't drink alchohol at all, but that is what it is. My mother and myself have also come to control my seizure activity by a ton because My doctors found the correct medication through an EEG and I now take "Vimpat" twice per day at 300mgs all together and I take them exactly 12 hours apart within a 1 minute time span of those 12 hours, and as long as that happens Mainly, along with vitamins, and marijuana, then I will never have a Seizure. It took me 13 years "give or take" to find all of that out with timing and the Docs won't take my advice serious is how it seems, but it works for Me perfectly I know that. I found the correct way with medication on epilepsy for me and I take them "Exactly!" on time daily and nightly. I've had over 1000 seizures over the past 13 years and those are just the ones I've had while I'm not sleeping. I used to have about two seizures that I knew of per week and that was when I took my medication Not Exactly On Time, and now I do and only have maybe 1 or 2 or so Seizures per month. I just had a Grandmah Seizure two or three days ago, and the reasoning would be because I accidentally took my medication of Vimpat two or three hours early. The whole thing took alot out of Me. I have to take My medication exactly on time or I will have a Seizure and maybe Wet Myself or even Poop Myself. It is also important to keep track of liquid intake as I was saying and that especially goes with alchohol. Have a safe and awsome day or night or even both...
