My triggers are, the heat, strobe lights, stress, lack of water, lack of food, and really cold weather.
My trigger is propylene glycol. If I touch it I'll have tonic clonic seizures within 4 days it's in everything so impossible to avoid
What does everyone mean by what " triggers" you this may be a dumb question but can Episodes/ fits be triggered by things other then like getting scared or stuff like that ?

I can't listen to YouTube videos without going dizzy, my vision foggy and having to shut my computer to make it stop since I can't find the x button with my mouse to shut the page - I can't see it. I tried taking a break when I was working at home the other day and couldn't make it through a whole song on a CD without going dizzy and had to unplug the CD player to make it stop since my vision was too foggy to read the buttons. Pop Music usually relaxes me. But Heavy Metal / Hard Rock can sometimes trigger them . But that’s a rare trigger

I have always drink ginger ale no caffeine drink but I use it to chase my juice..like fruit punch etc
Knowing what triggers are really help with coping with epilepsy. Surely I avoid them best I can... but think I'm still musing a lot of them.
What are some of yours?
I know persevatives, additives, excess caffeine and heavily vibegared food are the biggest for me.
I do have a citrus intolerance (mainly with lemon) that makes me dizzy and very sleepy.

Has anyone's seizure triggers changed? For example caffeine or alcohol used to not trigger you but now it does. Or it used to trigger you but now it doesn't. Same with other common triggers...I was just using it as an example.
I was just curious. Because something that is a trigger for some used to never bother me, but now I think it may be starting to sometimes as of recently. Just wondering if it's happened to anyone else.

I Was Told It Would Be A Good Idea To Keep My Brain Entertained With Things Im Interested In Like Research On Celebrties Or Research On American History. Has Things Your Interested In Ever Kept Those Seizures Behind Closed Doors?
