Anybody go to a epilepsy college? I might be starting to go to one. Seems like it will be a lot of help.

I have had accommodations all throughout school for extra support and help. Now that I’m entering college I don’t know what the environment may be.?

I'm applying for work accommodations due to my work not wanting to give me off for neurology and psychiatric appointments and am trying to think if there are any other ones that would be worth asking for because I don't want to have to go through this twice. Does anyone else get work accommodations for their epilepsy if so what did you ask for?

Hi everyone, I want to study Optometry at university but I am worried they will reject my application because I suffer from epilepsy or I won't be allowed to practice once qualified because of the disability. Has anyone been in a similar situation or can give me some reassurance? Thanks!

So I'm going back to college. I start on August 11th. Here's my deal though. I've been in and out of college since I graduated in 2009 because of Epilepsy problems. How many of you have gone through college with epilepsy/ seizures and graduated? I'll be started my sophomore year the end of August and last year was really tough, I'm very determined to get where I wanna go but it's very hard

I was curious If a professor would be able to tell if a student were having a seizure in her class, even if the student didn't tell this professor that she had epilepsy, seizures and was photosensitive? I ask because, yesterday my professor was acting very weird towards me. Maybe I am being a bit paranoid but, I just thought it was very odd in how she was acting. I went to college for Music Education from 2012-2015 and had to leave due to having so many seizures effecting my grades (missing a lot of class due to recover) but in 2021 I got a VNS surgery that reduced seizures from 1-2 a week, to 1 every 2-3 months. So I'm reapplying and I really want to know, how many of those with epilepsy went to college and became teachers, and how did/do managed to achieve and continue to be that.
