A while back, I had a seizure that caused me to fall on my face and damage my top front teeth. It took sone time, but they’re finally fixed! My dentists and dental assistant are worried about me damaging my teeth again so they made me a custom fit dental guard. The guard is supposed to protect my teeth from grinding as well.They said the guard is optional and that I could wear it for a few hours in the day or in the night while I sleep. The light may not exactly flash but it moves along the side, front to back, of your peripheral vision in one of your eyes. Also, does anybody else get it when you change to light or darker settings? For example, If you walked from a brighter to a darker section of a room, or if a large piece of hair suddenly falls near your eyes and blocks light.
I used to see different colors in my left peripheral before my brain surgery took away peripheral vision

I’m a teenager and sometimes I feel like an outcast because I don’t have a license or a car. It just sucks asking for a ride all the time and they get mad at you. It’s just I’m struggling with this so much. I just want to feel like I have some control.

Due to my 1st son being stillborn in 2006 i began the seizures, never knew why, never had them before then. Now in the past 6-8 months ill only have maybe 1 a month but it comes early in the mornings while im asleep
You may want to talk to your Neurologist or Epileptologist . You may need to have an a EEG and MRI . You may have another area in your brain that your seizures are located .
