Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance
I’ve been trying to lose weight for 2 years now probably 3-4 honestly but losing pounds is definitely a challenge and building motivation is hard so usually I just listen to Motivational Music or something that describes a fight in a song. What do y’all do for more motivation? When you want to change.

I was asked this tonight. Because of my birthdate. They said they remember the liberty train 🚂 and I should remember something that can mark around what my possible age could be. I was wrong in my original comment, you can pass epilepsy through genetics. Although just because you have epilepsy doesn’t necessarily mean that it was passed on through genetics

I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?
