Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance

Will it set off with excessive motion.

I love listening to music and i have a few songs i listen to when it's a bad day. I'm looking for some newer ones if anyone has one.

I have Tonic-Clonic seizures every 2 weeks. I'm 51 and have been having them for 10 years now.

I haven't been on for a while and I'm sure it's already been asked but....
How many of you have had the Covid-19 shots (and which one and why).
Also, my doctor wants me to get Pfizer along with my partner,
but by the time he gets it his work would have started and he won't because he hasn't had the shot.
Again, we can have the Astra in a few days and everything would be alright.
I'm very confused,

I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?

Has anyone had side effects with certain foods, with your medications. Cause ever since I started taken lamitical I cant eat any of the spanish beans I used eat. Which is weird. It used to be fine when I ate spanish beans with rice but ever since I started taken lamitical for my seizures is that a side effect or no?

After seeing a gastric surgeon, and having an endoscopy done where my blood work and scope results came back fine, the surgeon told me I have inflammation of my stomach lining (gastritis). He couldn't tell me what caused it though. It had come on suddenly 2 months prior as bad stomach aches and reflux, and nothing in my lifestyle or diet had changed.
