I have heard in the past from several friends who have tried many others including surgery, implants or non-medication alternative methods. However, I think it would help if those of you who have to share your experience with those are now at the point where they have been told that medication will never allow them to reach a long-term seizure free state.

Asking because i want kids soon when i graduate college
5 boys none have epilepsy. My oldest is 24 and youngest 16.
They plan on moving me to an Assisted Living Facility. I am deeply concerned about keeping the Oral Syringes clean and dry. I do a wonderful job, and the Nurse who visits agrees.
Does anyone know how this is dealt with in these places?

I’ve been trying to lose weight for 2 years now probably 3-4 honestly but losing pounds is definitely a challenge and building motivation is hard so usually I just listen to Motivational Music or something that describes a fight in a song. I have to a video eeg done. I have watched some YouTube videos, but still have questions. Will they just stop all my medications as soon as i am in the hospital? Or what?
It all depends on how long the EEGV is . For one day, they won’t do a thing with meds.
