I have days where I have to really fight to stay awake. It's next to impossible to keep my eyes open.
I've been tested for a lot of things; but so far no answers.
Yesterday I underwent a Doppler ultrasound of my carotid arteries. (I'll have to wait several days for the results.)

How come every time I start a new job within the first 1 to 3 days I start having multiple focal seizures and it affects my work but when I am home not working it will be fine my focal seizures will be gone

During a pleasant, perfect late spring bike ride in 2011 (I've biked regularly since age 25) on a great well-known trail, my vision suddenly turned weird. I have heard in the past from several friends who have tried many others including surgery, implants or non-medication alternative methods. However, I think it would help if those of you who have to share your experience with those are now at the point where they have been told that medication will never allow them to reach a long-term seizure free state.
