Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance
Will it set off with excessive motion.

How come every time I start a new job within the first 1 to 3 days I start having multiple focal seizures and it affects my work but when I am home not working it will be fine my focal seizures will be gone
The stress ï now have too much in my mind. Take it one day at a time
Does anyone know if 200mg 2x day is a high dose? I mean I could ask my neurologist. Just curious.
I take 1 200 in morning 2 at night and mind are brand name and never had problem but came sz free goning on 25 yrs as also take Tegretol 400mg 1 in morning 1 at night same time brand name
I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?
I agree especially with MarKC - thanks for reminding me of ' non epileptic seizures' I've also heard of them being called ' pseudoseizures' too
Has anyone had side effects with certain foods, with your medications. Cause ever since I started taken lamitical I cant eat any of the spanish beans I used eat. Which is weird. It used to be fine when I ate spanish beans with rice but ever since I started taken lamitical for my seizures is that a side effect or no?
I'm on that but I'm just getting immune to every medicine 😢 I wouldn't take Felbamate
So I'm going back to college. I start on August 11th. Here's my deal though. I've been in and out of college since I graduated in 2009 because of Epilepsy problems. I've gone to college three other times already. Also for three different things. Should have stayed with the same track I know but I'm indecisive and I get bored easily. I have right temporal lobe (lesions on the right side)epilepsy and I'm currently on Vimpat. Anybody out there have vivid or weird dreams? Some of mine are extremely life like and some are weird enough that I probably would tell them to anybody. Some of them stick in my memory even when I wish they wouldn't.
Vimpat was a horrible drug for . But when I was on Potiga , boy I was being throw 3-4 dreams a night. I was having dream, that seemed real, to nightmares, to very weird and unusual dreams.
Earlier today, a rain storm came through. Maybe a minute before this, something happened, rather not discuss it. Thought about brain tumors and intracranial pressure. When the barometer drops, ICP is higher than the pressure outside of the head. Had brain surgery, and brain tumors have the same effect- the tumor presses on the brain. Any experiences with sudden changes in air pressure?

I am going for a 24 hour scan next week and I want to see if it will show me blanking out and being restless as the normal eeg shows my seizures but not to an extend on how long and so forth. Is this scan worth my while?
I had those tests plus a digitrace for when your being at home
