Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance
Anyone have seizure reactions to watching a 3D movie? I sure would like to watch Thor Love and Thunder in 3D but not sure if my brain will react. Thoughts please?
I think the type of movies like being a stressful or comedy might have something different each time too!
Will it set off with excessive motion.

How come every time I start a new job within the first 1 to 3 days I start having multiple focal seizures and it affects my work but when I am home not working it will be fine my focal seizures will be gone
The stress ï now have too much in my mind. Take it one day at a time

My least favorite part of an EEG was having the electrodes implanted directly into my scalp. Then I was told to relax!

I’ve had epilepsy since the age of 2. I’m now close to 50 yrs. Of age
I have Tonic-Clonic seizures every 2 weeks. I'm 51 and have been having them for 10 years now.

The past year ive been thinking of doing it. Im glad to hear it has sone kind of a positive affect and hope it gets even better for you 😊
I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?
I agree especially with MarKC - thanks for reminding me of ' non epileptic seizures' I've also heard of them being called ' pseudoseizures' too
During a pleasant, perfect late spring bike ride in 2011 (I've biked regularly since age 25) on a great well-known trail, my vision suddenly turned weird. All the beautiful colors of late spring turned suddenly to only 2 colors - red and gold. It stayed that way for about 10 minutes as I slowly biked along the trail. Normal vision then returned. It doesn't matter how much I try paying attention to the conversation. I couldn't tell you everything word for word even if it's just happened. It's like it goes in one ear and out the other. Like following instructions if I've been given 3/4 things to do if I've not written down I would be able to remember 3 & 4 but not 1 & 2
