Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance

Does anyone know if 200mg 2x day is a high dose? I mean I could ask my neurologist. Just curious.

Will it set off with excessive motion.

I submitted a reasonable accommodation request on 10/18/22 asking that my job give me 12 hours off of work, specifically during the hours of 7pm to 7am, due to the fact that I must wake up at 6am to get my children ready for school. I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?

When you are asked to take medication in the Morning and Night when Label on the box, would you follow it to 12 Hours between taking it, or what would you think of Various time in the Morning and A Various time at Night? If you didn't have a set 12 Hour Period would you think people would have more Seizures, Because I use to work early at 6am up to Last February, but would take my Medication at 9pm for Night , so this would be over a 12 Hour Period.

I had a 5 hr seizure episode on Monday, no loss of consciousness, just thendrops, myclonic jerks, ect
For the last 2 days, I've been so tired, nauseated and a hv huge headache. Also I'm feeling panicky. I hv this imminent sense of doom and my aura just won't go away
