Since my last seizure, I find my attention span is much shorter, especially when reading. Anyone else experience this?

I was wrong in my original comment, you can pass epilepsy through genetics. Although just because you have epilepsy doesn’t necessarily mean that it was passed on through genetics

I feel like I’m falling apart! My skin, hair and muscle tone are changing and my energy levels are too. Any info on how to approach management of care (external and internal) without affecting seizures? I eat clean and exercise, but I’m suddenly feeling at a loss here. I have heard in the past from several friends who have tried many others including surgery, implants or non-medication alternative methods. However, I think it would help if those of you who have to share your experience with those are now at the point where they have been told that medication will never allow them to reach a long-term seizure free state.
