I love listening to music and i have a few songs i listen to when it's a bad day. I'm looking for some newer ones if anyone has one.

I still ask myself why me out of all 10 siblings. How am I the only one who is not healthy. My parents are perfectly fine with no health problem. Did I do something wrong or did I hurt myself that I can't remember to be diagnosed with epilepsy.

I just wondered if Epilepsy could have increased my chances of getting Shingles seeing that they are both nervous system / brain related. I noticed a burny itchy spot in my cheek a few days ago. Its getting bigger. The rest of my right side of my face started itching too. And the back of my neck and down my back. I was prescribed Depokote 20 years ago but discontinued shortly after due to side effects and it did not control the hormone triggers. I have had auras for the past 20 years but I have now had 2 grand mal seizures in the last 8 months.

I have heard in the past from several friends who have tried many others including surgery, implants or non-medication alternative methods. However, I think it would help if those of you who have to share your experience with those are now at the point where they have been told that medication will never allow them to reach a long-term seizure free state.

i have had epilepsy since 4 and i was recently diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy and my epilepsy specialist said that surgery might be a good option but i also have other types of epilepsy so i dont know if my other types would be affected not only that but i have a traumatic brain injury and acute encophalophaly

My son has focal seizures and on three meds .. he still gets seizures auras make it very hard for him … his doctors suggest a brain surgery as he has a brain injury during birth … any advice or recent experience anyone had ….
