Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance
I love listening to music and i have a few songs i listen to when it's a bad day. I'm looking for some newer ones if anyone has one.

Ive had epilepsy since i was born on my 18th birthday my brother stressed me out so much the doctor said i "unlocked" my stress seziures. They are nonelectrical so they couldn't pick anything up on sleep study.

Lack of sleep is a Trigger, so I go to sleep after 9 AM.

I submitted a reasonable accommodation request on 10/18/22 asking that my job give me 12 hours off of work, specifically during the hours of 7pm to 7am, due to the fact that I must wake up at 6am to get my children ready for school. Also to see to it that I may get enough sleep, because the recommended amount of sleep for someone with my disability is 8-10 hours of continuous sleep per night. I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?

So I'm going back to college. I start on August 11th. Here's my deal though. I've been in and out of college since I graduated in 2009 because of Epilepsy problems. I've gone to college three other times already. Also for three different things. Should have stayed with the same track I know but I'm indecisive and I get bored easily. read it write it sign it and Record it there are exceptions for our disability take an ASL class once you learn to sign you will surprise yourself how much you remember you muight find a new calling
Marijuana can help seizures (not in huge amounts in a safe amount) at least I’ve heard I asked my own neurologist and she said it does but not in crazy amounts I personally smoke weed and I’ve found it does help (when it isn’t super bad) if you do yourself what’s your opinion if you don’t still drop your opinion in the comments
